Films that have influenced me

I have found lots and lots of different film that have inspired me and I will defiantly be using part of them to create a successful film in the genre that I have chosen. Films that have influenced me the most would have to be 127 Hours, Ratter and The Girl on the Train. All of these influenced me in many different ways for many different reasons, for example; 127 hours influenced me because it had three split screen at the start of the film which showed footage of different places in different parts of the world at different times. I really liked this idea especially as the theme for my film was going to be about the risks and the danger surrounding modern day technology. This has definitely influenced me to the point where I'm going to include these ideas into my final film because I think it is going to fit my them extremely well. The second film that influenced me very well was The Girl on the Train. I was really fond of the way that the film built tension using the train. They did this by the sounds that the train making and by also using it as a metaphorical tension builder for example, showing time passing and the speed of time and how precious it is. I really liked this idea because I like the how significant the train is to the story. Lastly, the film that influenced me the most was the film Ratter. This was one of the most inspirational films for my film as this was exactly what we had planned to do. This was a perfect example of what we wanted to do in regard to having the same theme and having the same type of filming methods. This is going to be the main inspiration for our film because it is so alike to our one. The reason for this is also to see what a successful film with this type of theme looks like.
This is going to help use when creating our final film as we will be able to use these main three films as primary inspiration. This is going help us as we are going to be able to get different ideas from types of films.
