Why we chose our genre.

Our group consists of four people; Lizzie, Olle and Ellie and I. We all had many different ideas for what we thought the genre should be, but we all finally came up with an idea that we all contributed to by gaining inspiration from the latest film release of Snowden. A film that tells the story of a man named Edward Snowden who worked closely with the American intelligence organisation called the NSA, who he then betrayed by leaking top secret information to the world. This is where we came up with the idea of making our film with a hybrid genre of a cross between a drama and Political thriller as these theme run all the way through the film.
